Parlour Group launches its first WSQ Training Education Program to foster lifelong learning

SINGAPORE, Shenton Way — Mar 5, 2022 — Parlour Group Pte Ltd,  today announced its offering of Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) training courses to the general public and corporate clients as a Government Accredited Training Organisation (ATO).

According to the Department of Statistics Singapore's website,  Life expectancy at birth of Singapore Residents has increased by 2 years compared to a decade ago.

​

Given the current VUCA environment (Volatile, Uncertainty, Complexity & Ambiguity),  employees are facing uncertainty like anxiety, mental health effects of isolation, and other health impacts like lack of sleep. In addition,  employees need to overcome volatility associated with acquiring new skills based on growing market needs in new areas,  replacing uncertainty related to unpredictability with certainty.
